A clear packaging brief helps us understand your project faster and prepare a more accurate quotation. Before requesting a custom paper bag or packaging box quote, prepare the key details below.

The first quotation is more useful when your brief states what is fixed and what is still open. Send your target size, quantity and destination first, then mark artwork, material and finish choices as confirmed or undecided so the factory can explain the assumptions in its quote.
Packaging Type
Tell us whether you need paper bags, mailer boxes, rigid boxes, cosmetic boxes, kraft boxes, food packaging boxes, retail boxes, or another custom structure. If you are not sure which option fits your product, send photos and target market details.
Size, Quantity And Delivery Country
Share product dimensions, product weight, order quantity, delivery country, and target arrival date. State the unit of measurement and whether box dimensions are internal or external. For paper bags, label width, side gusset and height separately. If you only know the product size, send that first so packaging clearance can be reviewed. These details affect material selection, carton packing, shipping options and unit price.
Material, Printing And Finishing
Include material preference, logo files, artwork, printing colors, surface finishing, inserts, windows, handles, ribbons, or special structure requirements. Common finishing options include matte lamination, glossy lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and window patching.
Paper Bag Details To Prepare
For custom paper bags, share the bag size, paper material, handle type, printing method, and quantity. Kraft paper bags, coated paper shopping bags, rope handle bags, ribbon handle bags, and die-cut handle bags all have different production and pricing details.
Rigid Box Details To Prepare
For rigid boxes, share the box style, product size, insert requirement, closure style, paper finish, and premium finishing needs. Magnetic boxes, drawer boxes, lift-off lid boxes, and gift set boxes require different structures and sampling details.
Reference Photos Or Artwork
Product photos, dielines, sample pictures, and reference packaging help us recommend the right packaging structure and quote more accurately. Vector artwork, PDF files, Pantone references, and clear product photos are especially useful.
