How do I choose a tuck end or an auto-lock bottom?
Start with filled product weight, carton dimensions and how the product is packed. Compare assembly steps and bottom support with the actual item. The closure name alone does not confirm that a carton can safely hold a particular weight.
Is a kraft folding carton suitable for parcel shipping?
A folding carton provides retail presentation and may need a separate outer shipping pack. Tell us whether it travels in a master carton or directly to a customer, then review product movement, cushioning and the corrugated mailer option for that route.
Can we call the finished carton recycled or recyclable?
Confirm the paper source and the complete pack, including coatings, windows, laminates and adhesives. Brown color does not establish recycled content. Any finished-pack claim should match the available evidence and the collection system in the market where the product is sold.
What should I approve before placing the full order?
