Can I customize the size and structure?
Yes. We can make custom sizes and structures based on your product dimensions, usage, weight, display method, and shipping requirements. You can also send a sample photo or reference packaging for review.
What materials are available?
Common materials include kraft paper, coated paper, art paper, paperboard, corrugated board and grey board. We can recommend material thickness and structure based on product weight and presentation needs. For food packaging, tell us whether the paper will touch food directly, the food type and the destination market so suitable materials and documentation can be reviewed.
Can I choose paper-based or simpler material options?
We can discuss kraft paper, paperboard inserts and simpler material combinations. Recyclability depends on the complete packaging, including coatings, lamination, handles and inserts, and on local collection systems. Tell us your material goals and destination market so the construction and any supporting documents can be reviewed.

Can you print my logo and brand colors?
Yes. We support logo printing, full-color artwork, CMYK printing, Pantone color matching, and brand color references. Clear artwork files help us check the best printing method.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, or editable design files are preferred. High-resolution PNG, JPG, or reference images can also help during early quotation and structure discussion.
Can you help if I do not have a dieline?
Yes. Share your product size, packaging type, and reference style. We can help suggest a structure and prepare dieline guidance after project details are confirmed.
What finishing options are available?
Options include matte lamination, glossy lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, window patching, handles, ribbons, inserts, dividers, and custom closures.
Samples & Production
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Samples can be arranged depending on the packaging type, structure, printing method, and finishing requirements. A sample helps check size, structure, material, and overall presentation before mass production.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on quantity, material, printing, finishing, artwork or sample approval, and the production schedule. Shipping and customs time are separate. Share your required arrival date so sampling, production and delivery can be reviewed together; the project schedule is confirmed with the quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Featured cosmetic paper boxes have a 500-piece minimum; featured custom paper bags have a 1,000-piece minimum. Quantities are confirmed per design, size and style. Other packaging formats generally start at 500 pieces; selected other structures may be considered at 200–499 pieces with a significantly higher unit cost. Specialized materials and production methods may require a higher minimum. A small manual or semi-manual order should not be assumed to have automated-production pricing.
