Different packaging structures, materials and finishing processes have different practical tolerances. We do not apply one generic promise to every product. Can you check product fit before production?
Yes. Send accurate product dimensions, weight and photos. For insert or close-fit packaging, a product sample or confirmed 3D information may also be helpful.
How are printing colors confirmed?
Artwork, Pantone references, printed proofs or approved physical samples may be used depending on the printing process and project requirements. Color expectations should be agreed before production.
Can inspection requirements be added to an order?
Yes. Tell us the critical checkpoints during quotation and sampling so the relevant requirements can be reviewed and included in the production specification.
What happens if artwork or dimensions change?
The revised file or specification should be checked again. Changes can affect the dieline, material use, tooling, price and production schedule, so they should be confirmed before proceeding.
