Materials, Handles And Reinforcement
Paper and handle choices
- White kraft, natural kraft, coated paper, white card, black card and selected specialty paper
- Machine-applied twisted paper or flat paper handles
- Hand-threaded cotton, PP, polyester, grosgrain or satin ribbon handles
- Die-cut handle openings for suitable bag structures
Paper weight and material specifications are selected according to the bag structure, size, load requirements and printing process.
Reinforcement and decoration
- Folded tops, top cards, bottom cards, handle-area reinforcement and metal eyelets where suitable
- Offset, flexographic and Pantone-oriented printing according to the substrate and production method
- Matte or gloss lamination, foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and soft-touch film where technically suitable
Not every reinforcement or finishing process is suitable for every machine-made bag.

For food-related packaging, the intended use, direct or indirect contact, target market, material requirements and supporting documents must be confirmed before quotation and production. No food-contact compliance claim is made before the applicable material and documents are reviewed.
