How A Custom Packaging Order Moves Forward

This customer-facing sequence is separate from the factory production flow. The exact route depends on the confirmed project specification.

PROJECT REQUIREMENT SURVEY

Start With What You Know

Choose the closest product type, quantity and target market. Add any dimensions, artwork, delivery country or reference photo you have. You can leave optional details undecided and explain them in the message. We will confirm the final specification before quoting.

Choose the closest packaging category. Select “Other / Not Sure Yet” if you need a recommendation.
Featured cosmetic paper boxes have a 500-piece minimum; featured custom paper bags have a 1,000-piece minimum. Quantities are confirmed per design, size and style. Other packaging formats generally start at 500 pieces; selected other structures may be considered at 200–499 pieces with a significantly higher unit cost. Specialized materials and production methods may require a higher minimum.
Choose the main sales destination so material, labeling and delivery questions can be reviewed in context.
Paper bags: width × gusset (if applicable) × height. Paper boxes: length × width × height; state internal or external dimensions. Include units, or send product dimensions if the packaging size is undecided.
Include country code, for example +1 or +44, so our packaging team can reach you if email delivery fails.
Used only to review delivery options and estimate freight more accurately.
Approximate unit weight or total packed weight helps us review board strength, inserts and shipping protection.
Share your target arrival date. Timing is confirmed only after specifications, sampling and production capacity are reviewed.
Accepted: PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG and ZIP. Maximum 5 files, 10 MB each. Uploading detailed files helps us review structure and printing more accurately.

  • Packaging type: mailer boxes, paper bags, cosmetic boxes, rigid boxes, kraft boxes, food packaging boxes, retail boxes, or other custom packaging
  • Packaging dimensions: for paper bags, width × gusset (if applicable) × height; for paper boxes, length × width × height, stating internal or external size. Include units, or send product dimensions or a reference photo if you are unsure.
  • Estimated quantity: for example 500 pcs, 1,000 pcs, 5,000 pcs, 10,000 pcs, or monthly order volume
  • Material preference or requirements: kraft, coated paperboard, rigid board or corrugated board; specify any food-contact use or destination-market documents needed
  • Printing and logo requirements: CMYK, Pantone color, logo placement, artwork files, or brand color references
  • Surface finish or special structure: matte or glossy lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, window patching, handles, ribbons, inserts, or dividers
  • Product use and target market: bakery, cosmetics, gifts, retail, e-commerce, supermarket display, or other applications
  • Delivery country or region, so we can suggest suitable shipping options

Show The Details That Matter To Your Quote

A reference photo is most useful when it shows how the pack carries, closes and holds the product. Along with your photo, send the size, quantity, printing needs and delivery country.
